Classes & scheduling
Your timetable, built once and visible to everyone who needs it.
Set up your classes and recurring slots in MY1ST, and every student and guardian sees the current schedule on their own phone — no broadcast message required.
How does scheduling work in MY1ST?
You define classes with their days, times and enrolled learners once. MY1ST generates the sessions from there, shows each learner their own timetable in the Student app, shows each parent their child's in the Guardian app, and keeps attendance and invoicing aligned to the same schedule. Change a class and everyone's view changes with it.
What you get
A schedule that stays true
Recurring classes, set once
Weekly slots, multiple groups, different levels — define the pattern and stop rebuilding it every term.
Everyone sees the same thing
Students see their classes, parents see their children's. Nobody is working from a screenshot of last month's timetable.
Changes propagate
Move a class and the people affected see it. No broadcast message, no follow-up round of 'did you get my message?'.
Common questions
- Can I run different class sizes and levels?
- Yes. Classes are independent — a one-to-one SPM slot and a ten-learner weekend group live side by side, each with their own enrolments and fees.
- What about replacement or make-up classes?
- You can schedule a one-off session outside the recurring pattern, and it shows up in the same place for the learners you add to it.
- Does the schedule connect to attendance and fees?
- Yes — that's the point. Attendance is taken against the scheduled session, and invoicing bills from the enrolments behind it, so the three never drift apart.
